Quick answer
Open Konnect, choose the service you need and browse ID-verified professionals near your estate, then chat, agree details and book.
More Detail
Konnect uses location-based matching to show you plumbers, househelps, cleaners and electricians in neighbourhoods such as Kilimani, Westlands, Lang'ata and Roysambu, usually within about a minute.
Compare ratings, completed jobs and written reviews, message the worker to agree the task and price, then confirm the booking. Payment is made by M-Pesa inside the app once the work is done.
