Konnect is an independent Nairobi app for booking trusted service workers. We connect customers who need everyday services with verified plumbers, cleaners, electricians, househelps, tutors, caterers and technicians, and we build trust, payments and technology into every booking.

Konnect was founded in 2025 by Erick Chengo, who serves as Founder and CEO. The idea began with a simple frustration: finding a reliable plumber, cleaner or househelp in Kenya is still harder than it should be.
